    How to Check Aadhaar Bank Seeding Status Online

    Follow these step-by-step instructions to check which bank accounts are linked with your Aadhaar number:

    Step 1: Visit My Aadhaar Portal and Login

    Go to the official My Aadhaar portal at myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in. Click on "Login" to access the portal.

    The My Aadhaar portal provides various services to Aadhaar holders. You'll need your 12-digit Aadhaar number and access to the mobile number registered with your Aadhaar to login successfully.

    Step 2: Enter Aadhaar Number and Captcha

    Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number in the provided field. Type the captcha code shown in the image and click on "Send OTP" to receive a one-time password on your registered mobile number.

    Make sure to enter your Aadhaar number correctly without any spaces or dashes. The captcha is case-sensitive, so type it exactly as shown in the image.

    Step 3: Enter OTP and Login

    Enter the 6-digit OTP received on your registered mobile number. If you wish to download masked Aadhaar (with hidden digits), check the "I want a masked Aadhaar" option. Click on "Login" to proceed.

    The OTP is valid for 10 minutes only. If you don't receive it, you can request a new OTP. Masked Aadhaar hides the first 8 digits of your Aadhaar number for privacy.

    After successful login, you'll be directed to your My Aadhaar dashboard. Here you can see various Aadhaar-related services and options available to you.

    Look for the "Aadhaar Bank Seeding Status" widget among the various service options displayed on your dashboard. Click on this widget to check your bank seeding status.

    The widget is clearly labeled and easily identifiable on the dashboard. Simply click on it to proceed to the next screen where you can view all bank accounts linked with your Aadhaar.

    You will now see a list of all bank accounts that are successfully linked (seeded) with your Aadhaar number. The screen will display the bank names and account details that have been seeded in the UIDAI database.

    This information confirms which of your bank accounts are properly linked with your Aadhaar. You may see multiple banks listed if you have linked Aadhaar with accounts in different banks.

    How to Link Aadhaar with Bank Account

    If your bank account is not showing in the seeding status, you need to link your Aadhaar with your bank account. Here are the different methods to do so:

    Method 1: Through Net Banking or Mobile Banking

    1. Login to your bank's net banking or mobile banking app
    2. Navigate to the "Profile" or "My Account" section
    3. Look for "Link Aadhaar" or "Update Aadhaar" option
    4. Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number
    5. Verify the details and submit the request
    6. You may receive a confirmation SMS within 2-3 working days

    Method 2: Through ATM

    1. Visit your bank's ATM
    2. Insert your ATM/Debit card and enter PIN
    3. Select "Services" or "Registration" option
    4. Choose "Aadhaar Registration" or "Link Aadhaar"
